If the betting limit is reached or your bet is not completed due to a connectivity issue, it will be treated as unsuccessful.

• The Duckworth-Lewis method applies in the event of a match interruption.

Deposits at Forebet can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or bank transfer. The minimum deposit is ৳500 (BDT). Funds are typically credited to your account within 1–5 minutes. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted — only payment methods registered in your own name may be used.

A minimum of ৳500 (BDT) applies for withdrawals. Withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours. To withdraw from a bonus balance, the wagering requirements must first be met. Your original deposit can be withdrawn at any time — however, any pending bonus will be forfeited if you do so.

• Attempting to access another user's account.
• Abusive or offensive behaviour toward the support team.

Users may request account closure at any time. In such cases, any bonus balance will be deducted and the remaining funds will be returned. Once a self-exclusion request is submitted, the account cannot be reactivated before the specified period ends.

Forebet may suspend or close an account for the following reasons: prohibited activities as outlined in Section 6, registration with false information, failure to complete KYC verification, or suspicious transactions. During a suspension, withdrawals will be on hold, but the account balance will remain protected.

• Your balance remains protected during any investigation.
